Ah, the lake house. Memorial Day Weekend 2005. We are planning Memorial Day Weekend 2007 and just found these pics. Lots have changed since then, but the same folks are coming up. This year Uncle Phil has agreed to join us! Yeah! The kids are so excited. When we lived outside of Chicago we used to go to Phil's country house in Michigan - the kids have been wanting him to come visit our country/lake house, especially since we are also in Michigan. Of course we are in the Upper Penninsula - hours away from his place, but they still like that we are in the same state as his place.
