olive is a sweet dog. she is so trainable, it is wonderful.

i don't think the kids realized how much they would like her. they all thought i was crazy when i was researching this breed. now she has won all their hearts.

she and zane have been having fun playing in the yard when he gets home from school. you can see the low temps don't keep the kids inside. zane spends about 20 minutes and then has to bring in olive because "she is bugging him". then he stays out longer. one of his favorites is to bring outside hot chocolate in a coffee travel mug. olive just watches him from the door. we will see how quickly she learns if she stops biting at him she can stay outside longer.
